Job Description

PR & Communication Manager ? Technology ? DubaiOur client is a world-renowned leading supplier of technology services in the UAE, they are looking for a PR & Communication Manager to join their team in Dubai.Reporting to the Reginal Director, in this role you will oversee the management of media & PR to strengthen the client?s reputation, shape public opinion, and increase awareness of the company, as well as develop & implement the corporate communications strategy focusing on internal and external communications (PR & social media) for the Middle East regionResponsibilities:

  • Develop English and Arabic press releases, feature opportunities, organise press round tables, interviews and speaking opportunities for senior managment, arrange media interviews, travel to attend press conferences with journalists, secure coverage in key publications, and establish strong relationships with key journalists.
  • Manage the PR & social media agencies on a day-to-day basis.
  • Support with graphic design work (brochures, posters, shirts, business cards...)
  • Support with video production for use on social media and internally, & encourage employee participation
  • Increase awareness and enhance the reputation of the business
  • Work with assigned budgets to develop creative campaigns
  • Orchestrate communications with business units, HQ, and other business partners
  • Develop communications content related to employer branding and HR topics
  • Develop internal communication strategy, initiate internal campaigns & develop content for the internal newsletter
  • Support with internal and external event planning and execution
  • Collaborate with government affairs
  • Maintain content on the digital platforms website and intranet
  • Support brand management and marketing communication (CSR activities, secure suitable advertisements in magazines, sponsor key events and maintain the brand guidelines in all external communication)
