Job Description

We have a new opportunity for a PR Assistant in our Public Relations team in Dubai.You will be supporting the team to represent Liwa to all government entities and foreign embassies whilst ensuring all legal requirements related to visa, licensing, immigration, labour, etc. are fulfilled in a timely manner.The Job:

  • Represent Liwa with government entities, local authorities, external agencies in a professional manner and in line with Liwa code of conduct.
  • Ensure all legal formalities have been completed for all employees joining or exiting Liwa
  • Ensure timely renewal and cancellation of visas in line with business needs, whilst avoiding fines and delays
  • Liaise with employees to collate all the necessary documents and information required for processing visas and review documents for completeness and accuracy.
  • Report to labour department and immigration about the absconded employees
  • Attend the labour inspection and give the proper information about the company to the labour inspectors.
  • Ensure all group licensing is renewed in a timely manner liaising directly with the appropriate government authorities.
  • Renew the trade license of each store and submit the new stores application form as per the company requirements; transfer the trade license from one location to another as required .
  • Submit sales/promotion application form to department of economy.
  • Maintain an accurate filing system with all relevant company and employee information (renewal dates, passport/ license details)
  • Maintain and respect confidentiality of all personnel information.
