KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Analyze and assess the completed voyages to ensure compliance with agreed terms, performance benchmarks, and voyage instructions.
Prepare and distribute voyage performance reports, highlighting key metrics such as fuel consumption, port turnaround times, demurrage, etc.
Manage the calculation and settlement of demurrage claims and other related expenses, coordinating with charterers, brokers, and legal teams when necessary.
Ensure all post-voyage documentation is accurate and complete, including voyage reports, Statement of Facts (SOF), and Laytime calculations.
Liaise with vessel masters, port agents, and charterers to resolve any post-voyage issues, ensuring prompt follow-up on outstanding matters.
