Urgent hiring for 2 positions for a leading & one of the prestigious government companies in the UAE located in Dubai with attractive salary package.Responsibilities:? Candidate with strategy , planning , consultancy background? Someone from banking or financial industry is a plus ? Well aware of government and central bank roles and regulation ? Lead projects and delivery of requirements related to implementation of the initiatives under company strategy ? Manage initiatives that specified by Dubai Government to promote. ? Managed and Supervised the Initiatives management deliverables including the implementation of the plan, targets and objectives, timeline, budget, regular updates to the Board of Directors, and tracking team goals and objectives? Created, maintained, updated and managed cross-functional initiative timelines with input from team members? Developed an implementation road-map and plan, including performance management indicators from stakeholder organizations to ensure timely implementation of the initiative under the strategy of company.? Acted as the focal point and leader for some initiatives and events (locally and internationally) ? Represented the company on all strategy and planning meetings ? Very strong communication skills in Arabic and English ? 15 years? experience or less required
