Essential Duties and Responsibilities:ÿúÿÿÿÿÿÿDevelop and implement strategies for the effective management of PMV assets, including the deployment, maintenance, repair, and replacement of equipment as necessary.úÿÿÿÿÿÿEnsure that all PMV assets are compliant with safety regulations and are maintained in accordance with manufacturers recommendations.úÿÿÿÿÿÿMaintain an up-to-date inventory of PMV assets, including records of equipment location, condition, and maintenance history.úÿÿÿÿÿÿCoordinate the scheduling of PMV resources across construction projects to ensure that they are utilized efficiently and effectively.úÿÿÿÿÿÿDevelop and implement policies and procedures for the safe and efficient operation of PMV assets.úÿÿÿÿÿÿManage the procurement of new PMV assets and negotiate contracts with suppliers.úÿÿÿÿÿÿDevelop and manage the PMV budget and provide regular reports on expenditure to senior management.úÿÿÿÿÿÿDevelop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including project managers, site managers, suppliers, and contractors.úÿÿÿÿÿÿEnsure that all PMV activities are performed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.úÿÿÿÿÿÿProvide technical guidance and advice to project teams and stakeholders.úÿÿÿÿÿÿManage and mentor technical staff to ensure their professional development and growth.úÿÿÿÿÿÿIdentify and recommend new technical solutions and innovative practices that can improve PMV asset management and project delivery.úÿÿÿÿÿÿMonitor and ensure compliance with applicable safety standards and regulations.úÿÿÿÿÿÿCollaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate technical risks and issues.
