Youll be managing a team focused on portfolio management, intake, reporting, governance, and oversight. Youll be responsible for implementation of the global Lean Portfolio Management function, working in coordination with the regional portfolio leads. * Manages global portfolio intake, coordinating assessment of new requests for change inside international markets * Develops and distributes appropriate value-added reports for the global portfolio, including but not limited to epic status reports; portfolio scorecard, delivery metrics * Leads gathering and review of appropriate portfolio and delivery metrics, and uses metrics to continuously improve portfolio processes and forecasting * Establishes, implements, and enforces appropriate agile portfolio governance processes * Responsible for managing escalated portfolio intake or delivery issues * Supports epic refinement decomposition and prioritization * Develops, implements and enforces clear and consistent portfolio prioritization methodology * Gathers and reports on business value associated with each portfolio request * Ensures clear prioritization of the portfolio, and clear visibility into portfolio trade-offs when required * Documents and socializes overall portfolio roadmap with key milestones., with input from regional portfolio leads and release trains/product owners * Supports PI planning processes, planning preparation, and review of planning outputs * Coordinates portfolio governance, reporting and oversight with regional portfolio leads as required * Effective relationship builder * Excellent communication skills, written and verbal * Ability to deal with ambiguity and work under pressure * Strategic mind-set * Substantial experience managing a PMO function* Global experience is desirableCigna can offer you?* A challenging job in an international and diverse context * ?Happy You?: health and wellbeing initiatives, flexible hours, home working opportunities * A dynamic international team * An attractive salary and extra-legal benefitsAbout CignaQualified applicants will be considered without regard to race, color, age, disability, sex, childbirth (including pregnancy) or related medical conditions including but not limited to lactation, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, veteran or military status, religion, national origin, ancestry, marital or familial status, genetic information, status with regard to public assistance, citizenship status or any other characteristic protected by applicable equal employment opportunity laws.Ifyou require reasonable accommodation in completing the online application process, please email: SeeYourselfEMEA@cigna.com for support.
