As the PMO Lead, you will set up the PMO, define its structure & processes, create a governance framework, and develop and maintain reporting mechanisms.Client DetailsA very successful, leading organisation in Dubai, looking to hire a PMO to define the program structure, processes and governance framework.DescriptionSetup and run the PMO for the programme, defining its structure, processes, and governance framework.Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, standards, and best practices to ensure consistent project execution.Develop and maintain program-level reporting mechanisms, including dashboards, status reports, and executive summaries.Establish quality assurance processes, to ensure deliverables meet defined standards.Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to ensure their deliverables align with program goals.ProfileStrong communications skills, with having the ability to measure tangible benefits of a program.Must have been part of at least 1 ERP implementation in the past.Preference for candidates who have been a part of an ERP transformation in the Retail industry / Finance end to end ERP transformation.8 to 10 years of PMO/project/programme management experience, with at least 2-3 years of experience of PMO in a ERP transformation.Job OfferA unique opportunity to lead and shape the ERP landscape of a growing organisation.
