To coordinate with all the departments as part of PMO Governance Framework. Effective monitoring projects? progress on-site and off-site. To play an active role in resolving the challenges during the project phase of . Adding the Quantity Surveyor knowledge to PMO.Coordinate with all the departments as part of the PMO program for the upcoming seasons.Represent PMO in the site meetings with other departments.Maintain the values of PMO with the business - consistent and neutral.Report the status of projects on site at planned intervals without any delays.Conduct site visit on daily basis to monitor the projects? progress.Liaise with technical departments on the resolution of the challenges in their projects.Assist in review of cost estimates submitted by the departments ahead of the budget allocation.Assist in review and validation of received quotations from suppliers and sub-contractors as part of budget request management.Assist the department in managing the Ad hoc projects.Prepare the PMO reports in line with the directions from top management.Assisting in the evaluations for variations requested by the sub-contractors at any time of the project phase.Maintain a close coordination with project execution team. Report immediately any concern that may affect the project delivery on time.Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
