Plumbing SupervisorJob Location : DubaiDescription :?Lead and manage a team of plumbers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.?Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor the progress of plumbing maintenance and repair activities.?Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability among team members.?Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, fittings, drainage, and sewage systems.?Ensure that routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks are carried out to prevent breakdowns and ensure efficient system operation.?Troubleshoot complex plumbing issues and provide effective solutions to maintain system functionality.?Ensure that all plumbing work is performed in compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards in Dubai?Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify the quality of plumbing maintenance and repair work.?Maintain accurate records of plumbing maintenance activities, repairs, replacements, and inspections.?Prepare comprehensive reports on plumbing system status, issues, and recommendations for corrective action.Requirements :?Diploma/ITI in plumbing or pipe fitter?Proven experience (typically 5+ years) as a Plumbing Supervisor, preferably in a facility maintenance or related environment.?Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, regulations, and standards in Dubai.?Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.?Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex plumbing issues.?Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team of plumbers.?Familiarity with plumbing tools, equipment, and materials.?Attention to detail, organization, and a commitment to delivering quality work.?Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.?Valid UAE drivers license (if required for off-site work).
