Roles and Responsibilities:

Ensure the safety of children at all times by actively monitoring play areas and enforcing rules.
Engage children in interactive play and educational activities to promote social skills and creativity.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of play equipment and surrounding areas to create a welcoming environment.
Assist parents and guardians with any inquiries, providing information about play area rules and scheduled activities.
Conduct regular inspections of play structures to identify and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
Facilitate organized games and events to encourage teamwork and physical activity among children.
Provide first aid and emergency response when necessary, ensuring a calm and reassuring presence.
Document and report any incidents or accidents, following proper procedures for safety compliance.
Collaborate with other staff members to enhance the overall experience for children and families.
Stay updated on child development best practices and safety regulations to continually improve service quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in child care or first aid are preferred.
At least 1-2 years of experience working in child care or recreational settings, showcasing a passion for childrens activities.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues in a friendly manner.
Strong problem-solving skills to address conflicts and ensure a harmonious play environment.
Energetic, patient, and nurturing personality to foster a positive atmosphere for children.
Physical stamina to engage in active play and maintain a dynamic presence throughout shifts.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate families schedules.
Cultural sensitivity and awareness, with a preference for candidates from diverse backgrounds.
