We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plastic Surgeon Specialist to join our prestigious healthcare facility in the UAE. In addition to providing expert plastic surgery services, the successful candidate will also assume the role of Medical Director, overseeing clinical operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.Key Responsibilities:Perform a wide range of plastic surgery procedures, including but not limited to reconstructive surgery, cosmetic procedures, and aesthetic enhancements.Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans to achieve optimal surgical outcomes.Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, including monitoring patient progress and managing any complications.Act as the Medical Director, responsible for overseeing clinical operations, quality improvement initiatives, and compliance with regulatory standards.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless integration of services.Mentor and supervise junior medical staff, including surgeons, residents, and medical students, in surgical techniques and patient management.Participate in clinical research, academic activities, and continuing medical education to advance knowledge and skills in plastic surgery.Qualifications and Skills:Medical degreeValid DHA license as a Plastic Surgeon Specialist.Proven experience as a Plastic Surgeon Specialist with a strong record of successful surgeries and patient satisfaction.Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to manage clinical operations and lead healthcare teams effectively.Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with patients, staff, and stakeholders.Commitment to maintaining professional competence through ongoing education and training.Benefits:salary ranging from AED 35000 - AED 40000 + Benefits
