  • Apply coats of plaster to interior walls, ceilings, and partitions to create a finished surface
  • Prepare surfaces for plastering, including cleaning, scraping, and applying bonding agents
  • Mix plaster according to specifications and apply using trowels, brushes, or spray equipment
  • Create decorative textures, finishes, and ornamental designs as required
  • Repair and patch existing plasterwork, matching the existing finish
  • Ensure work is completed in a timely manner while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Adhere to safety guidelines, including proper handling of materials and use of personal protective equipment
  • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients
