Job Description

Plant Process Engineer, Kiryat GatWhat you?ll be doingThis role will work directly with the EMEA Plant Process Engineering team providing primary process and operational support toour Air Productsoperating facilities.The successful candidate will:

  • Provide process technical support to a range of Industrial Gases plants , working closely with various operating and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve critical plant issues.
  • Assess plant efficiency, identifying underperformance and drive resolution to ensure on target plant performance.
  • Supervise specialist onsite process activities including defrosts, cooldowns, ORIs and commissioning.
  • Evaluate plant productivity improvements, either theoretically or through plant testing and develop/implement the solution to realise those benefits.
  • Produce P&ID change notes, process designs, equipment specifications and control strategies for plant modifications.
  • Provide process support to maintenance activities and plant shutdowns.
  • Support Plant Hazard Reviews and safety retrofit projects including the resulting close out work.
  • Provide technical operations input to the business area, supporting initiatives including contract rolls, new plants and plant relocations.
  • Uphold a high standard of engineering practice, technical governance, and operational discipline.
