- Bachelors degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.- With at least 5 years proven experience as a Plant Engineer in the plastic manufacturing industry/similar industries.- Strong knowledge of plastics manufacturing processes and equipment or in similar industries.- Proficient in using 2D software for process design and improvement.- Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and solve technical challenges.- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.- Strong organizational and project management abilities.- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the manufacturing industry.- Experience in handling Production and Maintenance Departments.- Language: Arabic and English (written & verbal).
