Title Plant and Machinery Senior Valuation surveyor?Reporting to Head of Industrial Assets Valuation?Supervisory ResponsibilityThe purpose of the role is to independently assess and advise on the estimated new replacement cost, open market and forced sale values of the physical assets.Key Responsibilities: Write detailed valuation reports in accordance with RICS/IVS standards on various types of business assets, heavy industrial machinery and plant equipment Providing plants and machinery valuation services within agreed timeframes Providing Clients with robust well-considered valuations Undertake independently, or assist with, completion of valuations to the highest professional standards. Liaise closely with clients and ensure high-quality advice is consistently delivered. To assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the Valuation Department.Willing to travel as required valid UAE driving license
