Job Description

  • Create and manage production plan˙for˙Injection molding machines and extrusion machineries to meet customer delivery requirements.
  • Maintain and utilize MRP to aid in materials planning.
  • Manage inventory levels of raw materials, work in process, and finished goods.
  • Prepare Purchase Requisitions for raw materials.
  • Assess availability of components / subassemblies & schedule delivery / production of the same to meet production schedule and on time.
  • Analyze sales order releases with respect to capacity planning and material requirements.
  • Work closely with and provide guidance to Production, QA and Sales regards material status and production planning issues.
  • Creating and posting Discrete Jobs in Oracle ERP system and BMS software with two way integration.
