BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering? 5-6 years of costing and estimation experience in relevant production in Oil and Gas industry knowledge.? Must have experience in repair/re-manufacturing operations of API,16A,16C,6A & 7-1? Must have working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint/Oracle System? Must have adequate knowledge in estimation/manufacturing/machine shop/welding processes/repair/re-manufacturing operations/API Monogram.Job Responsibilities:? Manage and process all customers enquires received.? Collate and prepare quotations in line confirmed scope of work.? Produce detailed workings with breakdown of estimated process man hours required.? Liaise with production to determine available capacity to offer accurate delivery timescales? Coordinate with sales regarding target or market pricing against estimation? Generate weekly and monthly report to management? Perform OH&S Hazard Identification & Risk assessment & Environmental Aspect & Impact study to improve the HSE in their areas of Functions? Help to Achieve QHSE Objectives & Continual Improvement of IMS Management system? Report the timely reporting & investigation of Incidents, Near Misses & Fatal injuries? Ensure that all assignments are followed as per HSEQ requirements.
