- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.- Prepare baseline programs, look-ahead schedules, progress updates, delay analysis, andrecovery plans.- Track project milestones, deliverables, resources, and cost implications.- Generate weekly and monthly reports: S-curves, histograms, and progress dashboards.- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders.- Conduct schedule deviation analysis and recommend corrective actions.- Attend and contribute to progress meetings (on-site and client-level).- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and local regulations.Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.- 3-7 years of experience in construction planning, preferably in Dubai/UAE.- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel.- Knowledge of construction sequencing and resource planning.- Certifications such as PMP and/or PSP (preferred).- UAE Driving License (preferred).
