Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and driven Planning Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Planning Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling, and progress tracking of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and construction planning, with excellent organizational and communication skills.Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed construction schedules, resource allocation plans, and logistics plans in collaboration with project managers and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines and milestones.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and identify any issues or delays.
  • Analyze project specifications and technical drawings to understand project requirements.
  • Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and construction teams to ensure alignment on project timelines and objectives.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on project progress, including variance analysis and mitigation strategies.
  • Evaluate and propose improvements to planning processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
