Planning EngineerJob Location : UAE:•Develop detailed project plans and schedules using planning tools/software.•Monitor progress and update schedules to reflect actual progress.•Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders for timeline alignment.•Identify potential delays and risks; develop mitigation strategies.•Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.•Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulations.•Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.•Conduct critical path analysis and resource leveling to optimize schedules.Requirements :•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.•Minimum of 7 years of experience in planning and scheduling infrastructure projects.•Proficiency in planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.).•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.•Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
