Planning EngineerJob Location : UAEDuties and Responsibilities :?Assist the project team in the development of milestone dates and the work program, considering contractual deadlines, procurement deadlines and construction constraints.?Plan and monitor progress, supplies, inspections, installation, etc.?Track project costs and analyze trends.?Effectively review, interpret, and update construction schedules.?Effectively analyze planning and project cost data, as well as deadlines to make projections, as well as identifying and participating in the development of solutions for problems.?Produce various progress monitoring reports and graphs.Other Requirement :?Have good computer skills and an excellent command of MS Project or Primavera?The ability to quickly target problematic situations related to the schedule, determine the possible causes, and provide effective solutions to carry out the project?A passion for creating, maintaining, and executing project schedules?Passion for assigned work.?Drive to exceed expectations.?Ability to build strong relationship with other team members to deliver seamless service to clients.?Contributes ideas and actions towards the continuous improvement of processes within areas of influence.?Enjoyment for sharing knowledge and experience, mentoring and coaching.
