Planning and Supply Manager | Al Futtaim Automotive | Trading EnterprisesOverview of the role:

The primary focus of the role will be to manage the planning of passenger vehicle supply and demand for multiple Trading Enterprises brands in the UAE and international markets, accountable for demand management, sales planning, sales operations for Retail, Corporate or Fleet customers.�

�What you will do:

Responsible for the key functions of annual sales plan and demand order plan.�
Sales Planning by using best available data to forecast market and segment model mix volume and using the information to establish appropriate budget and forecast assumptions for sales and stock planning.
Developing of the annual, quarterly sales and demand plan with the detail by models and channels.
Prepare forecast data and evaluate forecast results.
Develop demand and sales forecasts at multiple levels across distribution channels.�
Improve the stock turnover by reducing the risk of excess and obsolete stock.�
Develop and measure key performance indicators to track and evaluate forecast made.
OEM and internal liaison, reporting and forecasting.�
Regularly review stock levels.
Managing campaign management and vehicle life cycle support.
Creating dashboards.
Sales planning utilizing the best available data to forecast market and segment model mix volume and using the information to establish appropriate budget and forecast assumptions for sales and stock planning.
Perform Kaizen and projects to reduce operational costs.
Overseeing supply chain to ensure healthy balance sheet position and cash management with efficient stock from factory order to final customer delivery.
