In this role, you will be responsible for planning operations, order fulfilment management, project management and partner management.These are your detailed responsibilities: Planning Operations FSL Planning (Replenishment, Stock Levels, Weeks of Inventory, NPIs, Stock Accuracy, etc) Excess and Obsolete Inventory control Stock Rebalance Calculation Separate Planning for Key Customers Network optimization modelling and quantitative analysis Order Fulfilment Management Review and Follow up on Open Orders Urgent Orders Follow up Find alternative solution to clean up Open Orders Open Orders - Root Causes Analysis and Improvements KPIs Management Reporting Partner Management KPIs Management Communication with internal / external stakeholders PMO managementOrganizationYou will report to our EMEA Logistics Sr Manager supporting customers in Middle East and Africa. You will participate in weekly collaborative planning calls and meetings.What you?ll bring/ Position Requirements: Bachelor degree in relevant majors or comparable on-the-job experience 1+ years planning and order fulfilment experience Logic thinking and strong data analysis skills Excellent with MS Office: Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Word (Able to handle large amount of data in Excel) Familiarity with ERP (SAP) is advantage VBA Knowledge is an advantage Strong Communication Capability & Strong Stakeholder Management Professional written and spoken language skills in EnglishWhat We Will Offer You:
