Candidate should have Bachler?s Degree in Civil Engineering preferably with a Post Graduate qualification and 15-20 years of experience ( out of which 10-12 years in UAE/Gulf) and 3-5 years as a Planning Manager in a reputed organization.The candidate should have experience in planning multi-storeyed tower projects and be able to prepare Baseline Programs in primavera P6 V22 with resource and cost loading. He should be able to prepare recovery and mitigation schedules and monitor subcontractor schedules. He should have good knowledge of Civil, , and all subcontract works. He should have expertise in the preparation of claims for extension of time including time slice Windows Analysis/TIA. The candidate should have proven experience in presenting and substantiating the claims for EOT with the Employer/Engineer/He should be able to prepare Progress curves, KPIs, Gross valuation curves, Cash flow charts, and manpower histograms. The Candidate should have experience in contractual correspondence and good writing and communication skills.
