  • Lead Pilates Reformer classes, ensuring correct form, technique, and safety for participants of all fitness levels.
  • Build strong relationships with class participants, providing individualized feedback and adjustments during classes.
  • Develop and refine Pilates Reformer class content to offer variety and progression, maintaining member engagement.
  • Ensure reformer machines and other Pilates equipment are properly set up, maintained, and cleaned before and after classes.
