Job Description

PILATES ACADEMY ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/ RECEPTIONISTPilates Academy Dubai is looking for a new administrative assistant to join the team in a supportive, collaborative and positive environment. We are a boutique Pilates studio with several branches in Dubai and specialise in delivering equipment Pilates to our wonderful clients. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic administrative assistant who has excellent communication skills and wants to work within the fitness and wellbeing sector.Main responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, what?s business messages and emails
  • Organise and schedule appointments using our MindBody Online system (training will be given)
  • Assist in preparing regularly scheduled sales reports and statistics
  • Welcome clients into the studio space and assist them with booking sessions with instructors
  • Helping instructors to maintain a clean and tidy studio
  • Helping with upkeeping trade licenses, health and safety regulations and certificates, visa applications, OHC cards etc
Skill set:-Knowledge of office management systems and procedures-Proficiency in MS office, excel, powerpoint-Attention to detail and problem solving skills-Excellent verbal and written English-Ability to multitask and be self-sufficient-Previous experience as an administrative assistant, PA or similar is an advantageCompany visa, medical insurance and annual flights will be given.To apply please send CV and covering letter to Pilates Academy.
