Job Description

Job Duties:?????????Scheduling meetings with potential and existing customers, which includes Physiotherapist, clinics, hospitals, physiotheraphy centers, sports clubs and other health care professionals.

  • Presenting company products to potential and existing customers and deliver product samples and persuading them to make purchases.
  • Identifying customers needs and recommending company products that best fulfill those needs.
?????????Develop a sales?plan and strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. ?Achieve growth and hit sales targets set by the company.
  • Maintaining solid working relationships with new and existing customers by providing excellent after-sales service.
  • Perform product demonstrations, installations, and application support.
  • Arranging conferences and group events for medical professionals.
  • Improve product knowledge and sales techniques and researching competitors? products, pricing, and market success.
  • Regularly attending industry events, training, company meetings, briefings, and educational workshops.
  • Promptly submitting purchase orders to the relevant department.
  • Preparing daily report of daily activities & sales reports and submitting them to HOD regularly
  • Keep detailed records of all contacts
  • Plan work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables with the area sales team or discuss future targets with HOD
  • Coordinate all issues with key clients between sales, service, support, customer services, marketing and finance.
  • Take orders and disburse receipts and follow for payments with customers
  • Estimate time and date of delivery.
  • Help in the installation and set-up of equipment.
  • Stay informed about the activities of health services in a particular area.
