1. Responsibilities:1.1.˙Preparation of technical scheme, pre-feasibility study and feasibility study for new energy (photovoltaic, energy storage) development projects in the market development stage, identification of key technologies and risk points of the project, and provision of solutions or suggestions for key technical requirements and risk points.1.2.˙Preparation of technical scheme for photovoltaic (energy storage) new energy market development projects, including but not limited to1)˙Carry out optical resource evaluation, technical proposal, pre-feasibility study/feasibility study preparation, system scheme design, technical and economic evaluation, system simulation, performance evaluation and design report preparation.2)˙Identify key technologies and risk points of the project, and provide solutions or suggestions for key technical requirements and risk points.3)˙Research on New Standards and Norms4)˙Assist in equipment selection, complete sets of equipment, preparation of technical specifications for inquiry equipment in development stage and pre-inquiry.5)˙Check the technical consistency of the project and sort out the technical deviation and technical related price influencing factors.6)˙Review of Design Integration Report1.3.˙Organize the check and review of technical schemes, pre-feasibility studies, feasibility studies, drawings and technical targets mentioned above, and provide optimization suggestions or requirements.1.4.˙Be familiar with MENA region market development technology management system and design quality control system, and control the design of projects with external cooperative design institutes.1.5.˙Assist in the establishment of MENA region market development resource database, and the partners will pre-evaluate.1.6.˙Assist in establishing technical support and standard system for MENA region market development.1.7.˙Lead the preparation of special solutions for MENA region market development.1.8.˙Other assigned work.
