Photographer / VideographerJob Location : Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities :•Visual Content Creation: Produce high-quality images and videos of residential and commercial properties, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and marketing objectives.•Edit and Enhance Visuals: Utilize professional software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, etc.) to edit and enhance visuals.•Aerial Photography & Videography: Operate drones to capture dynamic aerial footage, providing a unique perspective of properties.•Immersive Experiences: Create virtual tours and 360-degree content to engage potential buyers and investors.•Content Strategy & Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to produce video and photo content for websites, social media, and promotional campaigns.•Client Coordination: Collaborate with real estate agents, clients, and stakeholders to ensure shoots meet marketing objectives.•Equipment Management: Maintain and upgrade photography, videography, and lighting equipment as needed.Requirements :•Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in real estate photography/videography or a related field.•Portfolio Showcase: Strong portfolio showcasing property photography, videography, and editing skills.•Proficiency in Creative Suite: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop).•Drone Operation: Experience with drone operation and licensing (preferred).•Visual Knowledge: Knowledge of lighting, staging, and composition to enhance property visuals.•Project Management: Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects within deadlines.•Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.•Licenses and Travel: Valid UAE drivers license and willingness to travel to property locations.
