Photographer / VideographerJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities :•Photography & Videography: Capture high-quality images and videos of residential and commercial properties, ensuring they align with brand aesthetics and marketing goals.•Editing & Post-Production: Edit and enhance visuals using professional software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, etc.).•Drone Photography & Videography: Operate drones to capture aerial footage, providing a dynamic perspective of properties.•Virtual Tours & 360° Content: Create immersive visual experiences to engage potential buyers and investors.•Content Strategy & Social Media: Collaborate with the marketing team to produce video and photo content for websites, social media, and promotional campaigns.•Client & Agent Coordination: Work closely with real estate agents, clients, and stakeholders to ensure shoots meet marketing objectives.•Equipment Management: Maintain and upgrade photography, videography, and lighting equipment as needed.Requirements :•Proven experience in real estate photography/videography or a related field.•Strong portfolio showcasing property photography, videography, and editing skills.•Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop).•Experience with drone operation and licensing (preferred).•Knowledge of lighting, staging, and composition to enhance property visuals.•Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects within deadlines.•Excellent communication and collaboration skills.•Valid UAE drivers license and willingness to travel to property locations.
