Photography/Videography? Photograph properties listed for sale or rent to meet the online marketing needs? Taking photos and videos of buildings, amenities, areas, people, and properties? Coordinate with brokers/clients on-site and perform shooting sessions? Take photo shoots of interior and exterior spaces of residences? Professional editing of photos while applying lighting, contrast, resize, and watermarks to bring out the best of the property? Support management and agents with video content for company social media activities? Graphic design? Design, conceptualize and draft eye-catching content? Design and draft social media campaigns, design E-flyers and email formats for advertising.? Manage WordPress-based website for landing pages? Create images that creatively convey a message? Develop graphics and visual or audio images for product illustrations, logos, and social media platforms? Design graphics, banners, and other Web images to be a part of integrated marketing campaigns.
