Job Description

MOH Licensed PharmacistJob PurposeTo achieve operational excellence, minimize product loss and ensure safety within the distribution processes of healthcare products of the company. Supervise receiving, warehousing, packing and dispatching of the medical products and supplies.Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply for classification / registration of products with MOH.
  • Apply for import permit for incoming shipments.
  • Receive and supervise the incoming medical products and ensure quality and standards of these products and supplies are as per the regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure medical products and supplies are stored in the correct manner as per standard warehouse running documents and procedures.
  • Ensure the warehouse temperature levels are set at appropriate levels by keeping a daily track.
  • Arrange for distribution of the medical products and supplies to various destinations by picking, sorting, packing and dispatching of products.
  • Equip and monitor temperature sensitive items to ensure they maintain appropriate temperature and humidity levels during distribution.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, sales team and local health authorities when Field Safety Actions or recalls arise.
  • Manage and ensure the rejected, damaged and expired stock are disposed of, as per waste disposal process.
  • Ensure quality, delivery budget and environmental objectives are met.
  • Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment.
  • Communicates with supervisor, vendors, staff to resolve any problems and/or concerns.
  • Provides information and assistance for inventory policies and/or procedures.
  • Produce reports and statistics, as required.
