  • Set and monitor individual KPIs for trainers, focusing on client retention, average revenue per client, and new client acquisitions.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies with the personal training team to improve client engagement and increase personal training bookings.
  • Create and manage a comprehensive group exercise timetable that offers a balanced mix of classes, including high-intensity, strength, flexibility, and mind-body workouts.
  • Track and report on monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue for personal training and group exercise services.
