We are looking for a Fitness Trainer who will guide clients on various fitness exercises and use of equipment.Ultimately, you will help our clients enjoy the process and improve their health through exercise.Responsibilities To maintain a high level of customer service on the gym floor. To ensure our brand standards are upheld on the gym floor. Oversee completion of exercise routines To engage with members, providing fitness and motivational support. Track client?s exercise progress Conduct individual and group fitness training sessions Oversee the use of fitness equipment to ensure clients exercise properly and safely Maintain relevant communication channels with members in order to accommodate feedback/criticism and ensure members feel welcome and valued. Carry out First Aid and CPR if needed Follow safety and hygiene guidelines Flexible to travel Deliver high quality personal training programsSalary is between AED 3,000 to AED 5,000 plus travel allowance to start with. Based on the performance salary structure will be revised with commission in probation period.
