Responsibilities:

Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and provide guidance on form and posture to ensure safety and effectiveness.
Motivate and inspire clients to stay committed to their fitness goals through positive reinforcement, encouragement, and support.
Provide ongoing feedback and adjustments to clients workout routines to maximize results and prevent plateaus.
Offer nutritional guidance and advice to support clients overall health and wellness goals.
Monitor clients progress regularly and track changes in fitness levels, body composition, and performance.
Educate clients on the importance of proper nutrition, hydration, and recovery in achieving optimal results.
Maintain a clean and organized training environment, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and sanitized.
Stay informed about the latest developments in fitness training techniques, equipment, and nutrition science.
