United Arab Emirates˙Mar 29, 2023˙AED 25000 - AED 35000˙Permanent ˙Full timeOur client is almost a 100 old pharmaceutical manufacturing company. They are now looking for a˙Personal Care Product Development Manager ˙to join them.˙Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Be the Franchise equity advocate ensuring that the product development meets the category need and delights consumer
  • Develop the products for personal care with management of end-to-end R&D processes for ensuring OTIF (On Time in Full). The person will also be responsible for landing innovations, NPD & EPD.
  • Plan work, delegate, monitor/supervise, direct as needed to the team of formulators.
  • Understand the consumer habits & needs and translate to develop product solutions as needed by the business project briefs.
  • Make a difference through real contribution through innovation, team work and staying ahead of the curve.
