Personal Assistant to Chief Executive OfficerJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities:•Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.•Handle all forms of communication on behalf of the CEO, including emails, phone calls, and internal/external correspondence.•Coordinate and prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations.•Organize business travel, visas, accommodations, and detailed itineraries.•Maintain strict confidentiality of highly sensitive information.•Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.•Assist in follow-ups on business matters, meeting outcomes, and project updates.•Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for meetings and events.•Perform other administrative duties as required.Requirements:•Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to C-level management, preferably within the real estate industry.•Strong organizational and multitasking skills.•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.•Discretion and confidentiality are a must.•Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).•Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.•Flexibility in working hours, including availability outside of standard business hours if required.Qualifications:•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.•Experience in a similar role supporting top-level executives.•Prior experience in real estate companies is highly preferred
