Personal Assistant To CeoJob Location : Dubai, UAEResponsibilities :•Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements•Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, screening and directing communication appropriately.•Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.•Coordinate and oversee special projects and events as assigned by the CEO, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.•Conduct research and compile data as requested by the CEO to support decision-making processes.•Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.•Manage and prioritize incoming requests and ensure timely responses.•Assist with personal tasks and errands for the CEO as needed.Requirements :•Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.•Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior executives.•Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.•Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.•High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.•Flexibility to work outside regular business hours and adapt to changing priorities.•Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE, if not already based in the country.
