We are looking for an active and motivated individual to join our team and support the companys daily operations.Requirements:

Languages: Fluent in English and Russian, with knowledge of Swedish/Arabic as a plus.
Management Skills: Ability to supervise a small team.
Organizational Skills: Experience in handling office tasks and documentation for staff and partners.
Flexibility & Support: Willingness to assist the management with various business needs.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing daily office operations and supporting employees.
Preparing and managing documentation for staff and external partners.
Ensuring smooth workflow in the office and assisting the leadership team with administrative tasks.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday
10:00 AM ? 6:00 PM
