Job Description

About us:INOI is an international electronics brand founded by Nokia & Samsung distribution team with over 30 years experience in mobile phone business.We have our own production in China (OEM) as well as a wide range of distribution channels in more than 30+ countries. All global electronic brands are in our portfolio.Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • acting as a first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages or highlighting them for their manager?s attention
  • booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • organising events and conferences
  • typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations, analytical reports in excel, correspondence
  • liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • miscellaneous tasks to support their manager, for example, conducting research, making summary of the meeting, etc.
