Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION?Personal Assistant/House Manager? for Private Family in Dubai, Live-OutClient: 25 year-old female and her family.Looking for a candidate who is confident, positive and is willing to grow with the main client and her family and is ready for a long-term commitment. The candidate must be proactive, trustworthy, detail-oriented and discreet. The ideal candidate will be the main client?s right-hand, with a goal to make life easier.˙Employment Type:Full-time, live-outDubai, UAEQualifications

  • Bachelors (Required)
  • Experience: 3 years (Minimum) in a similar role
  • English (Required), Arabic (Bonus)
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Supervising, coordinating and instructing daily household staff to ensure that the home is always smooth-running, well-organized and presentable
  • Organizing personal items of the Main Client
  • Confident with administrative skills, including but not limited to:
  • Making phone calls (which may include reservations, appointments, and others)
  • Maintaining a calendar˙
  • Managing household budget
  • Organizing family and social events (such as Ramadhan gatherings, dinners, birthday parties)
  • Greeting and caring for guests and visitors
  • Serving drinks and food
  • Training other staff members (if necessary)
  • Ensuring that supplies are always replenished ahead of time˙
  • Willing to travel
  • Encouraging a positive and friendly mindset with household staff
  • Perform any other tasks, within reason, required by the employer
Requirements
  • Must speak English. Also speaking Arabic is a bonus.˙
  • Bachelor?s degree (minimum)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role
  • Female
  • Has previously worked as House Manager/Personal assistant to a family
  • Driver?s license.˙
  • Has own UAE residence visa.
  • Willing to: 1) Travel, 2) Work on weekends, 3) Be on-call˙
  • Live-out position, drive to-and-from household
