Job Description

Our client is now recruiting for an Executive Personal Assistant to be based in Dubai, UAEJob Scope:Executive Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing the calendar of the CEOincluding travel and meeting arrangements, scheduling appointments & arranging corporateevents. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and beable to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment.ÿ

  • Professionally greet and receive guests and clients.
  • Coordinate arrangements, meetings, seminars and/or conferences as assigned within UAE and internationally.
  • Prepare agenda, reports, presentation, and correspond independently in an effective manner.
  • Monitor CEO email and draft email responses, on behalf of the CEO.
  • Daily record keeping and filing documents.
  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, and external clients.
  • Managing the e CEO?s busy Calendar of the CEO including scheduling, meeting coordination sending reminders and prioritizing the most sensitive matters, taking minutes of corporate meetings.
  • Monitor CEO email and drafting email responses, on behalf of the CEO.
  • Manage travel arrangements for the CEO which includes visa, flights, hotel, car and restaurant bookings , prepare itineraries by visiting online travel portals and taking quotations from different travel agents.
  • Experienced in handling Business visa applications for various countries.
  • Experienced in booking hotels/cars through online portals within UAE and internationally.
  • Prepare excel, powerpoint presentations, agendas, reports if required by the CEO
  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the CEO?s behalf.
  • Screen and direct phone calls to CEO
  • Arrange corporate events, organizing conferences, seminars, and presentations within Dubai UAE and internationally.
  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Driver coordination
  • Any ADHOC tasks required ? such as personal events and/or family needs.
