Job Description

Permit to Work (PTW) CoordinatorSharjah, UAE9 month contract12,000 to 15,000 AED per month?The Project:Working for the main EPC contractor on an energy project under construction in Sharjah, UAE.?The Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible for achieving safety from the system throughout the plant.
  • Preparing, issuing, receiving, transferring, suspending and cancelling Permits to Work and monitor the work relating to construction and commissioning works in designated commissioning areas and operational plants.
  • To deliver competent persons (permit receivers) training and approve Competent Persons for contractors, engineers and suppliers prior to them working on site.
  • Liaise with the Site Health and Safety Team to ensure general safety is upheld.
  • Prepare, review and update safety procedures for commissioning activities when required.
