Quest Search and Selection is working with a leading e-commerce company in the Middle East looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join their growing team in Dubai.As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will:- Perform digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, display advertising campaigns, PPC, paid/organic social, affiliates, among others)- Assist in the planning and execution of creative marketing campaigns to support customer acquisition strategies- Gather and report key insights and performance metrics of marketing campaigns- Keep abreast of latest market trends and best practicesDesirable skills and background:- Bachelors degree in Advertising, Marketing, Sales, or any relevant course- Minimum 2-4 years experience in the same capacity or similar role, in a high performance environment- Experience in digital performance marketing, e-commerce, mobile app marketing- Knowledgeable in digital marketing platforms and data analysis- Proficient in MS Office - advanced Excel is a priority- Strong project management and analytical skills- Excellent level written and verbal communication skills- Arabic speaker (advantage)We request that candidates send their CV as a Microsoft Word document where possible.Quest Search and Selection is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
