About the role Due to significant growth and onboarding of numerous new clients Lean seek to employ a dedicated Load Tester / Performance Engineer.Responsibilities+ Minimum of 5 years total experience in application testing and debugging + Minimum 3 years should be in performance / load testing + Expert knowledge and strong experience with Shell Scripting, Python / Core Java + Hands-on experience with any open source load testing tool (Gatling / Locust etc) + Expert knowledge with multiple OS (Linux/Windows) to carry out load testing + Hands-on experience with performance test result analysis and report generation + Hands-on experience with load test model creation as per application usage + Strong expertise on monitoring and analyzing application logs + Strong expertise on identifying potential testing scenarios, to uncover more defects + Strong technical, analytical, problem solving skills + Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal skills + Ability to communicate effectively to technical audiences + Any experience with automation framework is preferred + Knowledge of Grafana, Kibana, Jenkins will be added advantageNB.
