Job Description

Performance Executive - Aftersales | AL Futtaim Automotive | DubaiOverview of the role:

  • To facilitate a data-driven analysis to identify opportunities, analyze, visualize, and deliver insights to help serve the business and management better
What you will do:
  • Prepare and circulate Daily / Weekly / Monthly MIS reports for the business to Management and Key Stakeholders
  • Generation of new and analysis of business-specific reports and support the Planning Team and stakeholders to automate the existing planning documents in Tableau / Alteryx / Power BI
  • Schedule, prepare and arrange meetings with channels and key stakeholders to identify the pain points with significant business impacts
  • Generation and Analysis of various business specific reports and publish it to stakeholders
  • Generation of simulations of Sales incentives as per the Incentive policy
  • Clear communication on the Incentive break-up to the related Stakeholders in Sales, HR, Finance, Accounts
