Overall, it involves all actions that help colleagues be productive at work, from the moment theyre approached to the moment they leave.What Youll do:· Ensure the non-core staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind · Manage on-boarding - preparing offer letters, employment documentation and induction of new joiners.
