The clients vision is to help them create and grow a people analytics. They are looking for a consultant who can help shape and put together a strategic plan to build an effective People analytics platform. To help design and shape People Strategy through delivery of People Analysis and Analytics.Skills Required? Experience leading the evolution of People Analytics? Integrate data from our various HR systems and multiple databases? Help the business move HR/People Services into predictive analytics? Data mapping/Datamodelling/analysis/cleansing of imported and exported data provide strong Data Insights? Help create an automated Workforce Planning solution?
