Payroll OfficerJob Location : UAEResponsibilities:•Process and administer payroll accurately and timely, including calculating wages, deductions, and overtime.•Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations.•Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management and departments as required.•Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in the payroll system.•Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters and resolve any discrepancies or issues.•Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure accurate employee data, including new hires, terminations, and salary changes.•Assist in payroll reconciliations and audits.•Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.•Provide support during payrollrelated projects or system implementations.Qualifications:•Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.•Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role.•Strong knowledge of payroll processes, regulations, and best practices.•Proficient in using payroll software and MS Office, particularly Excel.•Excellent numerical and analytical skills.•Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.•Strong attention to detail and accuracy.•Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
