The Responsibilities

This role reports to the Compensation & Benefits Lead.
You will be responsible for managing the payroll for Engie and their subsidiary business, Tractebel Engineering, for the GCC region.
Engie have employees seconded to project companies in the region, who have a complex benefits policy, with the project company then being charged for them. This is a challenging part of the role.
The payroll is managed manually, mostly on Excel. With existing payroll policies and procedures.
